Quartier de la Réserve Étoilée
A complete neighbourhood at the entrance to East Angus, near Sherbrooke: 109 residential lots — 15 single-family, 56 townhouses and 38 semi-detached — and up to 220 multi-residential units.
More than 30,000 m² of parks, a trail, a bike path and a conservation area; a commercial hub with Super C, Jean Coutu and Dollarama; a site planned for a daycare (CPE). Co-developed by FGB and Metanova.
